'Quick Stress-Beater Breakfast Recipe  2 tsp Coconut oil 1/4 c chopped onion 1 1/2 c chopped kale 2 pastured eggs *chili pepper (optional)  Saute onions in coconut oil until soft. If you like, saute chopped chili with onions. Add kale, cover and steam. Set cooked onion and kale aside and use same pan to cook your eggs (to your liking). Serve eggs over kale and enjoy!   Each of the ingredients in this recipe are rich in nutrients that combat the everyday effects of stress on your body, making it an ideal way to start your morning! Makes and excellent lunch or dinner, too!
