'Everyone has different ways of making Rice & Peas. There\'s no right and theres no wrong as long as the outcome is great! Ok that\'s a lie there have been many a chef who have be an exception to the above who have made a pigs ear of it but we shall not speak of them here. Anyways, this is more of a guide for people who have not made it before, or maybe have tried it but wanted to know how to go about making. This is one of the easiest ways to make it. This was an impromptu video, however, I hope I\'ve covered all areas but do feel free to comment below or on my IG and I\'ll get back to you. Apologies for the 101 hand shots in the video I obviously got myself confused with a magician! The cauliflower is called Romanesco and it taste fab! More expensive then the white one but well worth having a try. Don\'t forget to add me on IG were I post my daily eats. Please thumbs up & subscribe if you would like to see more videos & blog post.
