'Ingredients   Part 1   GHEE - 2 TBSP LIQUID MILK - 1/2 CUP POWDER MILK - 1 CUP  Part 2   SUGAR - 1 & 1/2 CUP WATER - 1 & 1/2 CUP  Part 3   MAWA - 1 CUP MILK - AS REQUIRED FLOUR - 4 TBSP BAKING POWDER - 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER - 1/4 TSP  Part 4  OIL - FOR DEEP FRYING  Method   1. Take a pan and add ghee and melt it and then add milk and stir it and slightly cook and then add milk powder gradually and continiously stir it and very low flame . Cook it for 5 to 7 mins on very low flame with stir .After that your milk powder khoya/mawa is ready.  2. Now place mawa on a plate and add flour,baking powder,cardamom powder,and knead it and then add 4 to 6 tbsp milk and knead it again for  5 minutes . After that your milk powder mawa/khoya is ready.  3. Now dough is ready to make gulab jamun. Now make small balls of the dough and fry it into low to medium flame and until golden brown .  4. Now make sugar syrup. Take a pan and add sugar and water and stir it until become melted.add kewra water.  5.
