This recipe is easily older than a 100 years. We serve this peppery, fiery Crab curry with steaming hot, boiled white Rice and cool cucumbers Ingredients Oil 6 Tbsp Jeera 3 Tbsp Pepper 2 Tbsp Coconut Sliced 1 cup Onions (small or big ) 1/2 cup Green Chilies 2 Ginger ¼ cup Garlic ½ cup Curry Leaves ¼ cup Coriander 1 cup Crab 1 kg Salt to taste Turmeric powder a pinch Preparation Saute Jeera and Pepper till roasted in a pan with 3 Tbsp hot oil Add Coconuts and saute Add Green chillies, onions, Garlic and Ginger, saute Add Curry leaves and Coriander to finish off the base masala Allow mixture to cool and grind into a smooth paste with a little bit of water Heat 3 tbsp oil and saute the crab Add salt to taste and turmeric powder Add the ground masala paste to the pot with water to make gravy and bring to boil and thicken to a curry consistency you like Produced by @the_boombaba #the_boombaba
