'This healthy king prawn with rice noodles is fantastic health food for the flu season. Even my 4-year-old loves it! The Recipe: 1. Defrost 200g of King prawn tails (if you are in a hurry, you can pour hot water on them) 2. Chop a few garlic cloves and let them breathe on the table for 10 minutes. This activates allicin, giving us a good boost for our immune system! 3. Set the table while waiting for the allicin to activate Prepare boiling water for the noodles (we will add the noodles later, don’t worry!) 4. Chop the chili 5. Pour a good amount of olive oil into a warm pan. (Not too hot, though!) 6. Heat the chili and garlic for a few minutes 7. Add king prawn tails to the pan 8. Put 225g of rice noodles in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes Add rice noodles into the pan with the king prawn tails, chili, and garlic cloves 9.
