'Here it is.  I don\'t have much to say today.  My foot was feeling better so I did a good amount of Kinect exercise and walked a half-decent amount but not as much as I normally would have done.  I just drank 60 oz of beer, but that was only ordering 3 beers, since each came in a 20 oz imperial pint glass.  Three is the magic number.  That\'s all I have for you today.'
