'After the historic flood in South Carolina, Red Gold sent a tractor trailer full of their products (43,000 lbs) to Harvest Hope Food Bank. This was footage from that donation. Special thanks to all the employees of Red Gold and Colt Reichart who is a 4th generation owner at Red Gold! Also: The Bayer Presents Luke Bryan Farm Tour and its sponsors led by Red Gold Tomatoes teamed up to raise money to purchase food and supplies to help those affected by the flood in South Carolina. Red Gold pledged over $25,000 of canned tomatoes and other Farm Tour sponsors like Bayer, Cabela’s, CMS Nashville, Miller Lite, ATG, Citibank, Bad Boy Buggies and Red Gold\'s can supplier Ball Corp jumped in to support South Carolina. All proceeds which were over $105,000 went to Harvest Hope Food Bank located in Columbia, South Carolina. Harvest Hope distributed over 2.3 Million Meals which was in addition to their normal distribution. Remember: Whenever any natural disaster occurs, the foods that are most desired are canned products! Canned foods are fresh…picked and canned within a few hours, without preservatives and they are in one of the safest containers on the planet.'
