'Mental health awareness month is important to look on the brighter side of things. It\'s all about perspective. There will always be negativity in your life but try to look on the positive because it will always outweigh the negative. I have kept myself busy during this quarantine with dancing to some hot hula fitness, this is me just freestyling and warming up to some basics. I love these drumbeats remix by Nase Foai - Pati / LogTronix. My back was hurting for the last 5 days so I was taking it easy. Be kind to yourself. Don\'t feel guilty when you may watch too much tv, or not eating the best right now, tomorrow is always a new day. Try a new skill or a old hobby that you have been meaning to get to (like passion projects around the house - I have been scrapbooking for the last 3 weeks and finally finished 3 decades of my life full of albums), and get back to doing things that make you happy. If you would like to know more about me...I am a health coach, natural chef in holistic nutrition, and hot hula fitness instructor. I love everything health and wellness. Please check out my website: https://www.leilivingaloha.com/ I am adding my intentional acts of kindness by the day as it goes by... 1. Help a stranger in need - I gave a man a few dollars passing by, something to eat (a croissant to go), and a juice tea beverage. He was so thankful. 2. Donate to a local charity in need. I was able to donate $200 to an amazing organization \"Filipinos Feed the Frontlines.\" https://www.kultivatelabs.com/frontlines 3. I bought some groceries for my sis and her ohana then dropped it off with some physical distancing. I decided to also give $20 to a random stranger to help pay for their groceries. 4. I played photographer for a whole 8 hour day and captured wonderful photos for my niece + nephew for their cap and gown high school graduation Class of 2020 photos. I also gave them graduation care packages. I love them dearly like my own. 5. Donate $30 to 2 charities who are our wounded warriors in honor of Memorial Day. Donate to the All In Challenge which 100% of the proceeds help feed those in need from kids, elderly, and frontline heroes. https://www.fanatics.com/all-in-challenge/x-12589906+z-9713580-3838082054 7. Donate $25 to raise money for the unlawful tragic death of George Floyd. May you rest in aloha and be at peace. Support his family in the memorial services. https://www.gofundme.com/f/georgefloyd 8. Surprising my friend overseas with a care package to wish her a belated happy birthday. I am so grateful to her to host me while I was traveling through Europe 2 years ago and show me around Switzerland. If you would like to donate and show your support to any of the links I provided above, please do so if you can to benefit those in need.'
