I am gratified that now the turnover is back to 50 percent of what it was before the coronavirus outbreak,\" said restaurant owner Ye Lei.   Wuhan\'s city lockdown due to COVID-19 was lifted on April 8.  Hubei Province, where Wuhan is located, has not reported new cases of the coronavirus for 29 consecutive days now.
