Feed them loads of milk - Give them 3 glasses (2 minimum) of milk every day without any skip. 2. Improve immunity - I know its not easy task but we have to do is the best we can do. Give them milk, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc on an everyday basis so that they can stay away from diseases. 3. Keep Illness away: Very important thing if you really want to increase the weight in kids because once kid gets sick, they leave the food at first, so you have to take their proper care so that they don\'t skip their meals and then see the difference. 4. Junk food avoidance: Try to keep junk food away from them and try not to give them junk food more often. It will help them to prevent from developing illnesses, and at the same time, it will keep their diet on track, that ultimately help in increasing weight. 5. Make a weight chart: Why it is so important? Because without tracking how do we know the improvement and reduction in one\'s weight. So it\'s very important to note and compare the weight of the kid.
