'Paddy Long\'s is famously known for its bacon creations, alongside it\'s extensive beer list. Today, we snag \"The Bomb\" sandwich, taken from their 3-hour smoked bricks on bacon amazingness.   Their spicy housemade mix of pork sausage, ground beef and cracked pepper bacon wrapped in a weave of brown sugar bacon and cooked on our pig roaster for three hours is the basis of this concoction.
