'Indian food is easily one of the healthiest, most balanced diet that one can follow. If eaten properly, it is a good mix of proteins, vitamins and essential minerals that help the body build immunity and function well. In this video, I take you through everything that I eat in a day and its not a fancy restaurant like meal, or street food; but in fact it is simple Indian food that we all eat at home. Our home food is rich in all nutrients and ensures that we eat a balanced diet everyday. In this video I\'ve partnered with Protinex to share with you simple food ingredients that are rich in proteins and vitamins and can be included in our daily diet.
