'In my recent trip to Wuhan Hubei China, I tasted many type of food. There are two foods that I wish to share with everyone. These 2 food are the best I ever tasted in Wuhan China. Come follow me in this video to explore these delicacies of Wu Han. The first is the delicious steam pot fish. The fish are so fresh, the soup is right balance between the freshness of the fish, the meat are tender, soft and juicy. The soup are soooo tasty. This kind if steam cooking style only take 2 minutes of cooking. And it could preserve the original flavor and taste of the fish, vegetables and other side dishes. The second delicious meal I tasted in Wuhan City China is the Fire Noodle aka Ran Mian. This Szechuan style DELICIOUS noodles are hot, spicy and numb. Literally the noodle is cook with oil, no water present. With so much oil within the noodle, practically we can ignite it with a small fires.
