'INGREDIENTS 2 bunches Collard greens  ( washed and sliced as in video) 5 Bacon strips (chopped) 1 Canned Tuna 12 oz 1 Medium onion ( chopped) Ginger, thumb size (grated) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 4 medium tomatoes (chopped) Salt to taste ( just a pinch, remember bacon is salty) Pepper to taste (optional)  RECIPE Saute bacon till crispy and set aside. Use the bacon fat to saute garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add onion and cook for another 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook 3-5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt to taste. ( Take into consideration that the bacon is also salted). Add collard greens and cook for 5 minutes. Add pepper to taste (optional). Add Tuna and stir, 30 seconds. Add cooked bacon. Serve and enjoy! #shorts'
