Broccoli also works well Sliced almonds or any other nut Fresh herbs - I used coriander Lemon juice Olive oil  #2 Baby spinach leaves Tomatoes Beetroot Any other salad veggies you like, try grated carrot or sliced capsicum Spring onions or red onions Balsamic vinegar and olive oil or use any salad dressing you like  #3 Sunried tomatoes Olives Roasted capsicum Add any other antipasto veggies you enjoy like artichoke hearts Fresh basil leaves Avocado Lemon juice Olive oil'
