'Today I made BBQ pork using a bar-b-que rub on a lean cut of pork, letting it simmer over a very small candle flame. I made an avocado, tomato and chive chunky chutney to add an earthly flavor to the pork and all the goodies got wrapped in a spinach tortilla. This is a great light but filling meal.
