'In this video Bertrand Emond, head of membership and training, talks about the new requirements for food safety culture in Issue 8 of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. He talks about the importance of food safety culture, how you can implement food culture and what can you do to meet the requirements in Issue 8 of BRC. BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 was released in August 2018 and the first audits will be conducted against the new standard from 1 February 2019.'
