'How to go Vegan HACKS | Avoid Processed Food'

'Are you going vegan and looking for hacks while scarfing down a bag of processed flaming hots? I hope not, because after further research I realize they have buttermilk and cheese in them. Gross! (I have avoided them solely based off the fact they have food dye in them)   If you\'re going vegan you\'re making an AWESOME decision that is impacting so many lives beyond your own. Of course all the added health benefits, increased energy levels, clearer skin, and more stable positive emotions aren\'t to be swept under the rug!   However, one of the most common things I hear vegan friends doing wrong is eating a bunch of processed food. \"But Tonia, it\'s vegan!\"   Maybe so, but you have to consider all the \'extra\' stuff going in to those processed products that aren\'t serving your new plant-based lifestyle.
