Watch my journey where I lost 35lbs in 12 weeks by following the 21 Day Fix meal plan along with replacing one meal a day with Shakeology and then transitioning to a low carb, high fat (ketogenic) meal plan. I now stick to following the ketogenic lifestyle. Both plans are amazing for different people at different lifestages and goals.
