'Reaction! American Tries Brazilian Food Picanha This time we try a dish we had in Brazil but with a US substitute cut of meat. We used a thin cut loin steak and it turned out pretty well. It is a thin steak with a nice amount of seasoning and cooked with the fat on. Be sure to comment and follow us and we continue to try and make Brazilian food in the US.
