'This 11-minute video covers basic practices to prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses, including proper personal hygiene and how to store, prepare, and serve food without cross-contamination.  Be sure to also watch “Infection Control for Healthcare Food Service: Part 2,” which covers infection prevention in customer self-service areas, temperature requirements in food service, and additional information on cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
