Follow us on :https://www.facebook.com/FoodVillaa Servings-3 people Macaroni Salad Ingredients/Pasta Salad Ingredients : To Boil Macaroni: ½ cup zero size macaroni or normal macaroni 1 jug of water Pinch of Salt ½ tsp oil To Prepare Macaroni Salad : Boiled Macaroni ½ bowl fine chopped cucumber 1/4th bowl fine chopped green capsicum 1 Tbsp Boiled Corn 1 cup apple ( diced ) 1 cup mango (diced)- This is optional (depending on mango season ). You can use any fruit of your choice. 1 cup pomegranate 1 bowl of mixed dry fruits (roasted )- includes cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachio 1 Tbsp Raisins To Prepare Salad Dip/Salad Dressing: 3 Tbsp Hung Curd 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Salt ( As per taste ) 1/4th tsp black pepper powder 1/4th Tsp Mixed Herbs 1 tsp Olive Oil 1/4th Tsp chilli flakes How to Make Macaroni Salad /Macaroni Salad Recipe/Pasta Salad Recipe : Note: For best taste refrigerate this macaroni salad for an hour and then serve. Step 1: Boiling the Macaroni: In a pressure cooker add one jug of water, pinch of salt, ½ tsp oil and then add macaroni . Close the lid of the cooker and pressure cook it until 1 whistle. Step 2: Adding and mixing the ingredients: In a dish add boiled macaroni. To this add ½ bowl fine chopped cucumber, 1/4th bowl fine chopped green capsicum,1 Tbsp Boiled Corn, 1 cup apple ( diced ), 1 cup mango (diced), 1 cup pomegranate,1 bowl of mixed dry fruits (roasted )- includes cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachio,1 Tbsp Raisins. Give everything a nice mix. Step 3: Making the Salad Dressing / How to make Salad Dressing /How to make Salad Dip/Salad Dressing Recipe In a bowl take 3 Tbsp Hung Curd. To this add 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, Salt ( As per taste ), 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th Tsp Mixed Herbs,1 tsp Olive Oil, 1/4th Tsp chilli flakes. You can also add a little finely chopped garlic which is optional. Now give everything a nice mix. Step 4: Mixing the dip with the salad: Now add the salad dip to all the macaroni salad prepared in step 2. Give it a nice mix. A very healthy easy homemade Macaroni Salad is ready to eat.'
