'Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the Ninja Kitchen System Pulse. LINK to Ninja Kitchen Sytem Pulse: http://amzn.to/1qBWw8q The unit comes with the base, 40 oz bowl, lid with locking handle and storage lid. 2 single serve drink cups with 2 lids. Single serve blade, 4 blade assembly, cookie paddle, dough blade, instruction manual and some recipes. There is cord storage on the bottom. There are no buttons to press, you use short pulses to blend and process. When you first get the unit, wash with warm soapy water and dry. The bowl, single serve cups, lids and attachments are top rack dishwasher safe. Let’s test the NInja. First I’ll make a smoothie. In the single serve cup, I’ll pour in some milk, frozen blueberries and honey. Screw the blade on and place it on the base. Line up the tabs. Turn to the left. I’ll press down on top of the cup a few times. To remove, turn the cup to the right and pull up. Unscrew the blade and put the drinking lid on if you want to take it to go. Next, I’ll make a vegetable smoothie in the 40 oz bowl. Place the bowl on the base with the handle left of the lock, and rotate it to lock. Place the 4 blade assembly onto the drive gear in the middle.I’ve got some celery, flat leaf parsley, carrot, kale, salt and a dash of hot sauce. Don’t fill higher than the top line. Align the lid with the arrows and lock the handle. Push the pulse on the handle to use. I’ll pulse a few times and then hold it to blend. When you’re done, pull the lid handle up, turn the bowl counterclockwise and lift. You can use the pour spout. Next, I’ll make a slushie drink with ice and cranberry juice. Now I’ll make cookie dough using the 40 oz bowl and cookie paddle. I’ll put in softened butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt and baking powder. You do have to hold the base while using the dough or cookie blade. Now I’ll add some white chocolate chips and walnuts. When mixing dough, process for one minute max, give it a one minute break and process again. The Ninja did a good job on the fruit smoothie, ice slushie and chopping nuts. The vegetable smoothie was processed with no chunks but gritty. The unit did not handle cookie dough well so it is best not used for cookie dough. I hope you found this review helpful. Please subscribe and thanks for watching :)'
