To day So Yummy want to share a recipe and the recipe is magi egg recipe, the taste is so yummy in mouth, lets dip in to recipe. The ingredient are : 2 pcs of magi noodle 500 cc of water 3 pcs of chicken egg 3 pcs of green chop chili 1 tsp of crush ginger 1 pcs of slice brown onion 1 tsp of coriander powder 1/2 tsp of 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder 1 tbsp of chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp of salt 50 g of green peanut 1 pcs of slice tomato 3 tbsp fried oil How to make : prepare a pan, pour the water, heat with medium flame until boiling, add magi noodle, cook until water little dry, add ingredient powder from magi, cook until dry, place it to a plate and keep it for a few minute. Prepare a pan, pour the oil, heat with medium flame, after the oil hot add chop green chili, brown onion, crush ginger, stir it ,until fragrant, add chicken egg, mix it again, add coriander powder, stir it again, add black pepper, mix it again, add turmeric powder, chicken masala powder, salt, mix it again. Add green peanut, tomato and add the noodles that already cook before, mix it again, cook until well done.
