I N S T A G R A M: https://www.instagram.com/melissabackwoods/ F A C E B O O K: https://www.facebook.com/melissabackwoods/ M E R C H: https://melissabackwoods.com/backwoodsbag/ Ingredients 1 onion 2-3 potatoes 1 summer sausage 1 can maple cured bakes beans *You can also use a pound of ground beef instead of the summer sausage but the summer sausage is great because it is portable and can be carried in your backpack without refrigeration. Directions 1.) Slice potatoes, boil 15-20 minutes until soft 2.) Slice onions and sauté for 5–10 minutes, add salt and pepper 3.) Slice sausage, add to onions, cook additional 2 minutes 4.) Heat up baked beans, drain potatoes and add all together 5.) Enjoy!
