'Learn how to make Anda Ghotala or Egg Ghotala at home with Chef Seema Gadh on Swaad Anusaar. Today chef Seema is going to teach you how to make Surat\'s famous street food Anda Ghotala. Ingredients: Oil 1 tbsp Butter Green Chillies, chopped Green Garlic, chopped 2 Onions, chopped 3-4 Tomatoes, chopped Salt 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder Turmeric powder Water 1 Capsicum, chopped Coriander powder Cumin seed powder 2 Eggs, boiled Coriander leaves 2 Eggs Tomato Ketchup Method of preparation: Heat oil in a pan, add butter, green chillies, green garlic, onions, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, saute it well and add water. Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add capsicum, mix well and add coriander powder, cumin seed powder and grate boiled eggs on it. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Break 2 eggs on the masala and quickly start mixing. Add tomato ketchup, some water, coriander leaves, mix well and break 2 more eggs on it. Close the lid and cook for 2 mins. Switch off the flame, add red chilli powder, coriander leaves and butter. Our Street Style Anda Ghotala is ready.
