In a separate bowl, mix flour, almonds ground, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop the batter into a greased and lined loaf pan and sprinkle slivered almonds on top. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top is browning too fast, tent it with a piece of aluminum foil. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.   Sweet And Sour Chicken:   Ingredients: Pineapple chunks,      1 cup Pineapple juice (reserved from tin)   100 ml Corn flour       3 tbsp Tomato ketchup      250 gm Rice vinegar       6 tbsp Brown sugar       6 tbsp Garlic, crushed       4 cloves Chicken breast fillets, cubed    ½ kg Capsicum, chopped     1 Onion, sliced       1  Red chili, chopped and small    1 Peas        1 cup Boiled rice        to serve Spring onion      to garnish  Method: Mix together the corn flour and 100 ml of the reserved pineapple juce in a pan. Add in the ketchup, vinegar, sugar and garlic and mix until combined. Cook until thickened. Stir in the cubed chicken, let cook and once done add in the capsicum, onion, chili and peas, cook until the vegetables have started to soften slightly. Stir in the pineapple and serve immediately with boiled rice.  Sprinkle over spring onion and serve.'
