Cooking pan mein tel (oil) daliye. 2. Jab tel garam ho jaye, is mein kati hui pyaaz daliye. 3. Pyaaz ko baadami rang ki hone tak tal lijiye. 4. Adrak lehsan ka paste daliye aur 15 seconds tak bhoon lijiye. 5. Haldi powder aur besan daliye. 6. Dheemi aanch par besan ko badami rang ka hone tak bhoon lijiye. 7. Namak aur lal mirch powder dalkar 15 second ke liye bhuniye. 8. Chaar (4) tea cups paani (water) daliye aur hilate rahiye ke besan ke lumps na bane. 9. Dheemi aanch par rakhiye aur jaldi se kata hua kari patta, kata hua hara dhaniya aur bareek kati hui hari mirchein dalkar, dhakkan dhaanp dijiye. 10. Ek minute ke liye dheemi aanch par pakaiyye. Hyderabadi Besan tayyar hai. Phulka, Chapathi ya Jawari ki Roti ke saath pesh kijiye.'
