'Foreigners try rfissa for the first time and we have an evening of classic rock songs played by Amazigh musician Yazid of Salt House Morocco. Rfissa is an excellent Moroccan dish, although labour intensive, that is made up of chicken and pancakes. Outside of Agadir, Tamraght is a home of Moroccan surf where you can find the welcoming surf house of Salt House, specialising in surf, yoga, and music. These are three of my favourite things. And Yazid delivers even more, with delicious rfissa, a Moroccan classic.
