'Normally, we are not used to fine dining, but tonight we put on our fancy pants at Dar Al Hossoun.  We sit down for a four course meal which includes, a beet soup with toasted bread, a traditional Moroccan treat maybe briwat, a stuffed chicken breast with vegetables, and a french dessert which is called a floater.   We are featuring this fine dining next to the pool to show all aspects of the Moroccan culinary scene, from street food to splendour!
