If you like this video show some love  Besan ki roti/ Missi roti is basically a typical Punjabi style food that has it deep origin from southasian subcontinet before partition, Besan ki roti or Besan bread is a version of Indian roti that contain a certain quantity of besan in it and it is a great combination with a glass of lassi.  To make Besan ki roti we need following ingredients  INGREDIENTS 1. BESAN    1 Cup 2. WHEAT FLOUR   1 Cup 3. ONION    1 Medium Sized 4. GREEN CHILI   3 to 4 5. CORIANDER   As per choice 6. CORIANDER SEEDS   1 Tea Spoon 7. SALT    1 Tea Spoon/ As per taste 8. RED CHILI POWDER  2 Table Spoon 9. RED CHILI FLAKES  1 Tea Spoon 10. GHEE    3 to 4 Table Spoon  PROCEDURE 1. Mix Wheat Flour and Besan together and mix well. 2. Add chopped Onions, Green Chili, Coriander and mix well. 3. Add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Seeds and Red Chili Flakes and mix well. 4. Add some water for kneading and knead the flour well until it forms a dough. 5. Apply water to the dough and refrigerate the dough for 20 to 25 mins. 6. Now the dough is ready to make rootis. 7.
