Chana dal 700 ml paani (water) mein chaar se paanch ghante ke liye bheegne ke liye rakh dijiye. 2. Paanch ghante baad, bheegi hui chane ki daal se paani nithar dijiye. 3. Chane ki dal mein kari patta milakar mota grind kar lijiye. 4. Peesi hui dal mein bareek kati hui pyaaz daliye, adrak lehsan ka paste, bareek namak, lal mirch powder, bareek kati hui hari mirchein daliye aur kata hua hara dhaniya dalkar achhi tarah se mila lijiye. 5. Frying pan mein tel daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaye, pisi hui chane ki dal ke gol aur patle bhajiye banakar garam tel mein dono taraf tal lijiye. 6. Jab bhajiye badami rang ke ho jaayen, inhe nikaal lijiye. Chane ki Dal ke Bhajiye tayyar hain.'
