'Saying daily prayers over food'

'One needs to develop a daily practice of saying prayers over their food. This is primary in the development of a spiritual practice. No idea how many prayers I have said over the 60 some years of my existence here but, daily food prayers are a major connection to the Divine Supreme and I never miss thanking the Supreme for the food. Please develop a strong food prayer and preparation ritual. Hopefully what I share here will help!'
