',,,,, Come on in,, dinner for two, just a small intimate affair, the candles are lit,, music in the background, the table is set, chopsticks are at hand, wine at room temperature,,,,, but first, the recipe is, how to cook a Pork Chop Roast (southern soul food), comfort food at it\'s best,,,, 1-1/2 lb. boneless pork chops,, 6 big carrots (diced to 1 inch long,, 1 big sweet white onion (diced),, 4 potatos (big dice),, the flavoring sauce rub is,,,, 4 big spoons of minced garlic,, 1/2 cup brown & spicy mustard,, crushed red pepper,, ground paprika,, ground thyme,, mix well and apply liberally between the pork chops and spread over the outside,, don\'t forget the sweetened dried cranberries,, Oh!, you can tell now, this is going to be good,, truss up with the kitchen twine (100% cotton, made in China),, place in glass baking dish and add the veggies evenly around the roast,, add a couple of cups of water,, bake in the oven that was preheated to 350 degrees for about an hour and one half, until the inside temperature is at least 145 degrees (I think 160-175 is best),, let cool for 10-15 minutes,,, enjoy,, no,wait, let\'s continue this on to part 2, to be continued,,, thanks, leave a comment, subscribe, pass it on,'
