In today's vlog we head to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for the all new Lion King prix fixe dinner menu in celebration for the Lion King movie. This dinner includes a starter, a main, a dessert and some special treats at the end, even some tea to take home. We started with a clam and bone marrow dish, which was surprisingly delicious! The entire dinner had a story that related to the Lion King that went along with each dish, it was very themed and thoughtful. Next we had our mains, Tim had the bone in ribeye and I had the seafood coconut curry dish with saffron rice. Both were excellent and had a ton of flavor. Lastly we had the Hakuna Matata dessert, which was a chocolate eclair sort of dish with flavors of caramelized orange. I loved it, but Tim not so much lol. The full pre fixe menu included 3 courses and was $65 per person. We both felt that this was a great deal for a Disney signature dining experience and would definitely recommend it and do it again.
