Subscribe & join ✿ #AlicesArmy http://bit.ly/1OSpx4A ✿ Click \"SHOW MORE\" for warm hugs ✿  BEEF RISOTTO Ingredients (Serves 4); - 1 pound beef mince meat - 250g long grain rice - 400g tin of chopped tomatoes - 1 onion - 1 pepper - 1 leek - 1 pint of chicken stock - Worchester Sauce - Garlic powder  Fry off the vegetables for 10 minutes or until soft Add the mince meat and fry until brown Add a splash of Worchester sauce and sprinkle of garlic powder Add the rice and fry for five minutes Add the chopped tomatoes Add half of the chicken stock and simmer until water is gone Repeat with remaining stock Serve with cheese  CHICKEN & CHORIZO PAELLA Ingredients (Serves 4); - 2 large chicken breasts - 1 chorizo sausage chopped into small chunks - 1 tsp Tumeric - 1 pint chicken stock - 250g long grain rice - 1 pepper - 1 leek - 1 onion - handful of sweetcorn  Fry the chicken and chorizo until chicken is cooked through Add the vegetables and fry until softened Add the rice & chicken stock then simmer until water has gone ENJOY!  JAMBALAYA Ingredients (Serves 4); - 2 large chicken breasts - 1 onion - 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 yellow pepper - half a courgette - 400g tin chopped tomatoes - 2tsp dried thyme - 2tsp parsley - 1tsp paprika - Splash of Tabasco - 350g long grain rice - 1 litre chicken stock  Fry onion garlic and chicken until cooked Add all remaining ingredients and bring to the boil, cover and simmer until water has gone.
