For the Chocolate Malt Pudding, mix the pudding with malted milk powder and milk and whisk till all the powders are dissolved. Chill until ready to use. For the Chocolate Malt Cream: Whip cream with malted milk powder, icing sugar and cocoa powder. Refrigerate until ready to use. For the Whipped Cream,  Whip the cream with icing sugar until light and fluffy. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. To assemble: on top of the brownies add the pudding, then the chocolate malt cream, top each jar with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until ready to serve.     French Bread Pizzas: Ingredients: French bread    1 Pizza Sauce     1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated  2 cups Parmesan Cheese Grated  ¼ cup Butter      2 tbsp Onion, Sliced    1 Sausages sliced    2 Pepperoni Slices    5-7 Pineapple Chunks    1 cup Tomato, Sliced    1 Black Olives    Few  Capsicum slices     1  Jalapeno Slices    Few Diced Onion     1  Method: Slice bread in half and lay them, cut side up, on a baking sheet.  Top each half with sauce, cheese, toppings and bake at 180 degrees C for just 8-10 minutes, until the cheese turns golden. Remove and serve immediately.     Chocolate Marshmallow Pie: Ingredients: Crust: Chocolate sandwich cookies  20 Butter, melted     1/4 cup  Filling: Milk       3/4 cup  Mini marshmallows    3 cups  Milk chocolate, chopped   12 oz Cream      1- 1/2 cups   Method: Finely crush the chocolate cookies in a food processor. Mix in the melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture into the base and up the sides of a deep-dish pie plate. Chill the crust for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, over a double boiler melt the marshmallows and the milk together, stirring frequently. Once the marshmallows are all melted remove the bowl from the double boiler and stir in the chopped chocolate until it’s melted and smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate until it’s evenly combined. Pour the mixture into the chilled crust. Cover and chill the pie for at least 2 hours. Garnish with marshmallows and serve.'
