'Quick and Easy Soul Food Collard Greens Perfect for Sunday Dinner △△△ Ingredients △△△ △Collard Greens (2lbs) △ Garlic (at least 2 cloves) △ Onion (1-2) △Chicken Broth (48oz) △ Water △Optional -Smoked Turkey -Vinegar (Apple Cider or White) △△△ Seasonings △△△ △Black Pepper △Seasoning Salt or Sea Salt △Garlic Powder △Onion Powder △Oregano △Crushed Red Peppers △Sage △△△ Steps △△△ STEP 1: Cut Garlic STEP 2: Sauté Garlic on low heat STEP 3: Cut Onion STEP 4: Add onion to garlic and saute STEP 5: Add Chicken broth STEP 6: Add Collards OPTIONAL- Chop and Add Smoked turkey + 1-2tbs Vinegar STEP 7: Season STEP 8: Cover with Water BRING TO A BOIL STEP 9: Reduce Heat and Cover COOK 45 MIN- 1 1/2 HOURS ENJOY!!!
