'Cupcakes are the best kind of dessert one can have. Here is a simple recipe for making eggless chocolate cupcake at home. Ingredients: Maida (¾ cup) Powdered Sugar (½ cup) Cocoa Powder (3-4tbsp) Baking Soda (½ tsp) Salt (pinch) 6) Ice Cold water (100ml) 7) Oil (⅛ cup) 8) White Vinegar (½ tbsp) 9) Vanilla essence (1tsp) Method: -Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Keep aside. -In another bowl mix water, oil, vinegar and essence. -Add the maida mixture, gently mixing with a spoon/spatula. Do not overmix. -Pour the batter in cupcake liners and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 20 min.
