'This circuit style workout is full body and uses equipment that’s super easy to use anywhere.  I love it because it’s great for traveling clients as well as the traveling trainer.  The workout consists of 5 rounds of exercises.  Each round has 3 exercises in it.  The first focuses on Legs.  The second round focuses on Chest.  Round 3 is all about Back.
