Try my delicious alternative to store bought cereals which will nourish your body and start your day right!  It's packed full of delicious whole foods such as hemp seeds, chia seeds, nuts and berries. It's dairy free and 100% vegan.   I love breakfast. Sitting down on our porch with a bowl of my favourite nutritious breakfast with a hot cup of coffee, after walking our dogs on the beach, to me, is pure bliss.  Sadly millions of people, through no fault of their own, start their day with store bought breakfast cereals which often contain less nutrition than the cardboard box they came in.
