'Pre run meal 3 hours before exercise 1. 2 slices of organic bread with organic peanut butter and organic strawberry jam. 2. 1 hard boiled egg 3. 1 cup pedialyte Drinking pedialyte prevents me from getting dehydrated when running in the heat. - My trail run today 6/19/2020, is Coyote Hills Regional Park. It is a beautiful running trail that goes up to 20 miles. Weather is at 83 degrees Fahrenheit (28.3 celcius). The course is rolling hills with the winding road. Eventhough the temperature is hot, it is windy. It feels good to finish a 5 miles run (8.046 Km).'See also:
