'The Wuhan outbreak was an issue of public health and hygiene, not of race or ethnicity.   This video came about when I saw many hateful comments shaming the chinese eating habits.   To me, being a foodie doesn\'t just mean you chase the next \"best things to eat in XXX\". It means having a deep appreciation for a universal thing that connects all human beings. The diversity of food cultures is such a beautiful thing and I cannot stand it being berated because of fearful xenophobia.   Sure, they may be people out there in the world eating things that I wouldn\'t be comfortable eating. But, as long as they are doing it in a responsible way, I\'d definitely respect one\'s pursuit for cuisine.
