'This award winning documentary follows a food health and safety officer as he undertakes unannounced on-the-spot inspections of some grim takeaways in Preston.  There were almost 85,000 reported cases of food poisoning in Britain during 2010. People die every day from poor food hygiene. What is Preston doing to keep its residents eating safe?
